In support of our partner Schönberg, moosburger® visited Japan.
At first, we were in Kanazawa and conducted on-site employee training as well as visiting long-term customers.
Now the employees are better able to adjust the horsehair pillow locally to the customer.
In Tokyo, we participated with our partner in 2 important events.
Customers also talked about their many years of experience with their moosburger® horsehair products as well as re-training the employees again.
So every customer can sleep on his individually adapted horsehair pillow.
With these inputs and the family relationship, we see ourselves strengthened and look forward to our further cooperation.
